LACENTERRA AT CINCO RANCH SHINES FOR SANTA’S ARRIVAL & TREE LIGHTING

Record breaking crowds came out for LaCenterra’s annual Tree Lighting Celebration presented by Texas Children’s Hospital – West Campus on Friday, November 22nd.  Nearly 11,500 guests were delighted as Santa arrived via escort from Fort Bend Sheriff’s Department as he lit the spectacular 51’ Christmas tree  with the help of a special patient ambassador from Texas Children’s Hospital.

Families enjoyed special photo opportunities with life-sized snow globes and a variety of giveaways and games from event sponsors.  Face painting, balloon twisters, inflatables, and festive food and drinks were provided by participating LaCenterra retailers and restaurants. Live entertainment on the stage included Victorian carolers, school choirs, a ladies a Capella group, and a crowd-pleasing mariachi band.
