Poag Development Group is proud to join a group of local Memphis investors working toward finalizing the acquisition of Oak Court Mall, a 35-year-old property located in the heart of Memphis. This strategic move reflects a shared commitment to revitalizing a key retail destination and creating a vibrant, community-focused environment for the future.

The acquisition includes the 3,000-vehicle parking garage, four parcels, and 16.4 acres at:

  • 530 Oak Court
  • 4445 Poplar Ave.
  • Southern Ave.
