Parad-ice on the Promenade Ice Sculptures at Briargate

The Promenade Shops at Briargate commenced the holiday shopping season with its second annual ice sculpture event exclusive to any Colorado Springs shopping venue.

The event featured large, 10 block ice sculptures carved each day of Black Friday weekend at various locations on property. Customers watched live demonstrations, enjoyed complimentary hot beverages, cookies and giveaways, all while taking advantage of great Black Friday deals. Guests were invited to vote for their favorite sculpture via social media platforms where each vote represented a dollar to be donated to a local charity. The center proudly donated more than $5,000.00 at the conclusion of the event.
