Omaha, NE – Avenue One continues to build momentum as West Omaha’s premier mixed-use destination with the addition of Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille and Barnes & Noble. Perry’s will bring its award-winning USDA Prime steaks, signature seven-finger pork chop, and tableside service to the region, offering a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Complementing the culinary offerings, Barnes & Noble will provide a community-focused bookstore featuring books, gifts, toys, games, vinyl, and a B&N Café. Together with previously announced retailers like Arhaus, West Elm, Williams Sonoma, and Pottery Barn, these new tenants underscore Avenue One’s vision as a connected, walkable environment that blends retail, dining, residential, hospitality, and office uses for residents and visitors alike. The first phase of Avenue One is slated to open in 2027.
