Summer Fitness & Yoga Series at Deer Park Town Center

Whether you were getting fit for summer or just keen on living a healthier lifestyle, Deer Park Town Center offered free fitness and yoga classes this summer for shoppers. A partnership with a local personal training studio allows for the community to experience a session with a trainer at no cost, while enjoying an interactive fitness class or a relaxing yoga experience. With yoga participation and its popularity on the rise, Deer Park Town Center is happy to provide these classes to the community where shoppers can enjoy the health benefits associated with an active lifestyle. The shopping center offers a number of retailers and business that align with wellness and beauty, fitness apparel and just plain looking and feeling your best. Classes were so popular and well attended that we’re bringing the series back in September.
