Tim Thompson

Tim Thompson is Vice President-Controller at Poag. Tim leads the Company’s financial analysis group at Poag in preparing financial reports, coordinating cash management, analyzing business information, and monitoring internal operational controls.

Tim previously worked eleven years for CBRE Trammel Crow and was responsible for real estate operational reporting for a variety of Asset Management and Corporate Clients. He also worked with Arthur Andersen as an auditor, as an SEC and Financial Reporting Manager for an international manufacturing and sales organization, and as an Internal Audit Manager for a mortgage servicing operation.

Tim is a graduate of Harding University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He is a CPA, a CGMA and a Certified Fraud Examiner and has professional affiliations with TSCPA, AICPA and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
