The Avenue Viera Partners with Space Coast Symphony Orchestra for Drive-Up Concert
Saturday, July 11th was the first of three drive-up concerts the Space Coast Symphony Orchestra held at The Avenue Viera as part of their “Summer Strong Series”. The series commemorates the resilience of the Space Coast during the COVID-19 pandemic. Each show is dedicated to a specific group: health care workers and first responders, men and women in uniform and defense workers, and finally, essential workers and teachers. This Saturday’s show was called “Broadway” and featured classic hits from Grease, Fiddler on the Roof, Chicago, and Annie. The next two shows are “Stars and Stripes”, a show of patriotic music, and “Gender Bender”, film classics sung by members of the opposite gender. Over 150 cars attended “Broadway”, and the team expects even more for the next two!
