The chocolatier is a Brevard mainstay with its headquarters in Rockledge, Florida. They specialize in homemade, authentic candies and chocolate delicacies with their most popular treat being the chocolate-covered potato chip. Grimaldi’s had their soft opening on Monday, just in time for the Valentine’s Day rush. The Avenue Viera is thrilled to welcome them and excited to sink a sweet tooth in their products.
