West Cobb Eatery Nominated For Excellence In the Community

Otter’s Chicken at The Avenue West Cobb has been nominated for a number of awards in Cobb County’s annual event, Best of Cobb. This annual contest features Cobb County’s best businesses, professionals and events. The awards are presented by local publications; Cobb Life Magazine and the Marietta Daily Journal.

“We are incredibly excited and tremendously grateful for all of the nominations and votes. We feel the love from all our very loyal customers,” said Otter’s owner Will Peterson.

This year, Otter’s Chicken has been nominated in four categories: Best Chicken Wings, Best Fried Chicken, Best Kid-Friendly Restaurant and Best Overall Local Restaurant. The nominations took place in October and November of 2018. Organizations with the most nominations are put in specific categories on the ballot and votes are cast to declare the winners. Voting concludes at the end of January. The contest’s winners are expected to be featured in the April issue of Cobb Life Magazine.
