As the country begins to emerge from unpresented year of challenges and uncertainty, the POAG team has remained hard at work to keep our centers vital. Leasing, management and marketing have all risen to the occasion – supporting our tenants, caring for our community of shoppers and adding value for ownership. We are proud of the work we’ve done and look forward to celebrating even more successes in 2021 and beyond.
Despite headwinds facing the industry, we saw robust demand for space at our lifestyle centers and committed tenants eager to open despite difficult circumstances. In the past year, POAG has signed and/or opened over 43 tenants in nearly 170,000 square feet, highlighted by:
