Poag Shopping Centers Celebrates a Successful 2021 with 30 New Tenants Signed Across the Portfolio

MEMPHIS, TN., Jan. 12, 2022– Poag Shopping Centers, a retail management company that operates award-wining retail lifestyle centers in multiple markets across the country, announced today that it signed 30 new tenants to its lineup of retailers and restaurants in 2021, representing nearly 90,000 sq. ft. Josh Poag, president and CEO of Poag Shopping Centers, made the announcement.

Tenants signed have a broad range of uses – food, fashion, entertainment and services – pillars that make lifestyle centers attractive destinations for retailers and their customers. Out of the new permanent deals executed in 2021, 14 tenants opened last year representing over 40,000 sq. ft.

• High Country Outfitters – 4,017 sq. ft.
• Takko – 2,008 sq. ft.
• Movement Mortgage – 1,728 sq. ft.
• Souls by LT – 1,488 sq. ft.
• Claire’s – 1,150 sq. ft

 

The Avenue Viera in Melbourne, Florida is an outdoor lifestyle center offering a mix of more than 80 tenants and has been recognized with the Best Space Coast Living Award for Best Mall/Shopping Center for the last five years. Tenants signed to the Avenue Viera include:

• Sola Salons – 6,599 sq. ft.
• Crumbl Cookies – 1,391 sq. ft.

 

The Avenue West Cobb in Marietta, Georgia offers a dynamic mix of premier national retailers, select local merchants and specialty restaurants reflective of local demand and fashion trends. Located 15 miles northwest of Atlanta, The Avenue West Cobb welcomes the following tenant:

• Queen Bubble Tea – 2,434 sq. ft

 

Deer Park Town Center features a collection of more than 60 retail, restaurant and service brands and serves as a dominant lifestyle shopping center in Chicago’s northwest suburbs – in Deer Park, Illinois. Tenants signed to Deer Park Town Center include:

• Madison Reed – 2,025 sq. ft.
