Goat Yoga Comes to Briargate

The Promenade Shops at Briargate in partnership with Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga offered a one-of-a-kind yoga experience…Goat Yoga!

Goat yoga has recently gained in popularity due to being a fun, fitness activity that also supports a worthy cause. Goat farmers have little use for baby bucks because they do not produce milk so they are often abandoned. The class participation fees go toward caring for these animals. Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga partners with four Colorado goat rescues.
